The location of the hotel is convenient, with clean and well-maintained roads. There are a few rooms with windows, which provide a decent view. some rooms can be small and feel congested. the hotel also seems to lack basic amenities like soaps and dental kits.
The hotel management appears unprofessional and unresponsive to customer complaints.

The location of the hotel was great, very convenient to get to and from key spots in the city. the hotel offered a shuttle service which was helpful in getting around without having to call a cab. Another nice feature was the pool, a great place to relax on a hot day.
My xmas stay at this hotel was not very enjoyable. the room was tiny and felt cramped, not what I was expecting for the price paid.
